No Orgasm Allowed!

While it is hard for many of us to believe, in some states the Attorney General has nothing better to do than to prevent orgasms. Specifically, they enforce laws that are against “any device designed or marketed as useful primarily for the stimulation of human genital organs.” Of course this is not something we can even fathom in the state of Vermont, but this, and the impact it has on on our industry, is what makes me feel compelled to post about it.

Our friends in Alabama are subject to the Attorney General, Bill Pryor, attempting to control how they have orgasms. Challanging the law and the belief that such devices comprimise morals, SHERRI WILLIAMS; B.J. BAILEY; et al., has been challanging this law for years now. Ms. Wiliams has filed suit after suit challanging the constitionality of such laws. As a result, this issue now finds itself all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court which, at present, declined to consider the constitionality of the case.

According to AVN Magazine, Texas and Mississippi are also among the orgasm preventing states.
